We offer FREE shipping when you purchase over $399 in a single order from this site. The chart below will itemise all our very reasonable shipping charges as well as the approximate sales tax you will be saving. This is an average tax savings, since some states even charge more for sales tax.

On top of the FULL LIFETIME WARRANTY you get from Tupperware against damage to your Tupperware, you can get credit towards a different purchase or get your money back for any Tupperware purchased from us even when your Tupperware is not damaged. This is something you can't normally get when you purchase from a Consultant.

To return an item or items purchased from this site, you should follow the steps below:

1. Contact us via telephone or email with your invoice number.
2. Wait until you are issued a Return Approval Number by our email reply or phone response.
   PLEASE NOTE: Returns received without this number will be refused from the carrier.
3. Rewrap the product in the original packing it came in (be sure to keep this when you receive your order if you are not sure you want to keep it).
4. Pack up the item you want to return in the same box it was shipped in or any box you have.
   BE SURE to put the Return Approval Number on the outside of the box below our address.
5. Mail the box to the address we will provide you when you call us for the Return Approval Number with the postage clearly displayed on the box:
   
6. When we receive your returned items, we will do one of the following with the purchase price paid
   (shipping is always at your expense):
   a> apply your refund as a credit towards another purchase
   b> send you a check for the amount of the refund if you paid by check or money order
   c> process a credit on the same credit card you purchased the order with or any other card you requested

We are not affiliated with Tupperware Corporation in any way, so we can not take returns from any orders you may have placed with Tupperware directly or through any Tupperware Consultant. You should be aware that when you order from a Tupperware Consultant, it is the Consultant who must absorb that cost, since Tupperware Corporation policy is to NOT take returns from a Consultant sale. Most Consultant can not afford this expense, so you are rarely able to return an item purchased through a Consultant. You will not be able to return items ordered on this site or by any current Tupperware Consultant to Tupperware Corporation itself. See our money back guarantee above for items ordered on this site.

We are not a Tupperware Consultant and are not affiliated with Tupperware Corporation. Therefore, we can not turn your items in for replacement under the Tupperware warranty. To get a replacement for a broken Tupperware part, you should contact Tupperware Customer Care at 1-800-366-3800.
